April 19th, No Kings, “We’re Not Going Back!” Protest

Indivisible

Join us in observing this national day of protest. We will honor the 250th Anniversary of April 19, 1775, by standing on the Manette Bridge to remind passing motorists that we honor the values fought for that day. The value s of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness – can be traced back to the actions of that day. Come together to remind MAGA and Musk that we still hold these values, as defined in our Constitution, essential to our democratic way of life. They can take their Hands Off! Our Democracy, which they fought for that day.

Corruption destroys, community builds!

Stand in solidarity to defend our democracy! We need to be visible and make some noise!!!!!

Please be safe. *If anti-protesters come, keep your distance and do NOT engage.

*We are allowed to rally on the bridge, but we must follow a couple of simple guidelines.

*Stay on the sidewalks and be careful not to block them.

*Do not stand in the center area of the roundabouts on either end of the bridge—these are not designated pedestrian areas. They are intended for large vehicles to use when navigating the traffic circle and anyone standing there may be at risk of injury.

*Dress comfortably, bring water and a few friends!
